Add 1–2 teaspoons per cup. Steep in freshly boiled water for 5–10 minutes. Strain and enjoy. Add milk (or dairy-free alternative) and honey for a creamy, comforting drink and pinch of black pepper. Let it cool down and enjoy.

Tip: Use tea pot with strainer to brew the perfect cuppa. Add 1.5 tsp of loose herbs, pour over boiled water and infuse for 5-7 min. Enjoy your tea throughout the day.
