  1. Processing time for parcels in the UK mainland

Orders received in the UK are processed within 1-3 working days. All the order is sent by Royal mail and it takes around 2-5 days for the order to be delivered by standard delivery (48h service) Next day delivery is also available (24h service), however both services exclude weekends & bank holidays. Please note we always sent tracking number and we are not responsible for Royal Mail delays.

  • Standard delivery of parcel under 1kg costs £3.50 and it includes £20.00 protection
  • Standard delivery of parcel up to 2kg costs £4.70 and it includes £20.00 protection.
  • Next day delivery of parcel under 1kg costs £4.40 and it includes £20.00 protection.
  • Next day parcel up to 2kg costs £5.70 and it includes £20.00 protection.

 

  1. Processing time for parcels Northern Irelands, UK Highlands and Islands.

Orders received from outside of UK mainland are processed within 1-3 working days. The orders are sent by Evri and it takes around 2-5 days to be delivered by standard delivery. This service excludes weekends and bank holidays.

  • Standard delivery for parcel under 1kg is £6.80 and it includes £20.00 protection
  • Standard delivery for parcel under 2kg is £8.10 and it includes £20.00 protection.

Orders received from outside UK are processed within 1-3 working days. Orders are sent by express delivery which may take between 1-3 days. This service may exclude weekends and bank holidays. Please note any liquids or balms can not be sent from the UK at the moment.

  • Express delivery for order under 2kg is £12.60 and it includes £50.00 protection.

Orders received from USA are processed within 1-3 working days. Orders are sent by Fedex and should arrive between 1-3 days. This service may exclude weekends and bank holidays.
