INGREDIENTS 

Dandelion root, Burdock root, Spearmint, Nettle leaf, Cleavers, Calendula & Rose petals. 

HOW TO MAKE YOUR PERFECT RITUAL?

Use 1–2 teaspoons per cup. Pour freshly boiled water and steep for 8–10 minutes. Strain and enjoy hot or chilled. Add lemon or honey if desired.

• Tip: Use tea pot with strainer to brew the perfect cuppa. Add 1.5 tsp of loose herbs, pour over boiled water and infuse for 5-7 min. Enjoy your tea throughout the day.
