INGREDIENTS 

Chamomile, Cinnamon, Dandelion root, Meadow sweet, Fennel, Marshmallow leaf, Cardamom. 

HOW TO MAKE YOUR PERFECT RITUAL?

Use 1–2 teaspoons per cup. Steep in freshly boiled water for 5–10 minutes. Strain and enjoy. Optional: sweeten with a little honey or enjoy plain for a pure herbal experience.

• Tip: Use tea pot with strainer to brew the perfect cuppa. Add 1.5 tsp of loose herbs, pour over boiled water and infuse for 5-7 min. Enjoy your tea after a meal.
