HOW TO MAKE YOUR PERFECT RITUAL?

• Put 1 tsp of loose herbal tea into the cup and pour over with freshly drawn boiled water. Infuse for 5-7 min, strain and enjoy when slightly cool. 
• Tip: Use tea pot with strainer to brew the perfect cuppa. Add 1.5 tsp of loose herbs, pour over boiled water and infuse for 5-7 min. Enjoy your tea after a meal.
