Dandelion root should not be consumed if you are sensitive to Daisy plant family, pregnant or breastfeeding. Dandelion root should be avoided when on blood thinning medications, have gallbladder obstruction or have blood pressure issues. 

HOW TO MAKE TEA? 

Add 1tsp of dried dandelion root into cup of freshly boiled water. Infuse for up to 10min and drink once cooled slightly. Add sweetener of your choice if needed it. Maximum dosage up to 8g a day.
